Problem:

Filling of our air drill to slow

Seed damage with augers, particularly with legumes

Two vehicles needed when using seed and fertilizer

Reduced capacities with small transport vehicles

Existing equipment should be used for problem solving

Problem solving:

Hopper seed and fertilizer tank to fit flat deck trailer (26 ton)

Four tanks, self cleaning, each 6000 kg capacity, 24 ton total load

Hydraulic belt folding and height adjustment with forward docking to the seed cart

Hydraulic belt drive

Pneumatic gate control with automated gate closing from seeder tank when filling is completed

Use of the tank at harvest with unloading to the back
